The Weekend

Entertaining a 1 year old is hard, especially when he's teething! Karsen has been a butt more than usual this weekend. His nose is all snotty and he's got 2 new teeth coming in so we assume he's teething. Everytime he sees us coming at him with a kleenex he takes off running, which is kinda cute. I took some pictues of him playing on his swingset on Saturday, he had fun.







I got out Karsen's first set of golf clubs today. Grandma Steuer bought them for him before he was born. We had fun golfing in the kitchen. I also got out a tape that Grandma Ingram gave Karsen for his birthday. It's the Fisher Price Little People singing the ABCs. Karsen loves the songs that his Little People toys play, he dances and nods his head, it's so cute. I popped in the tape and cranked it up loud. The first song was the traditional ABC song so I sang and danced and Karsen laughed. Eureka..things are going good. They sang a song for every letter. By the time they got to the letter D I was ready to take the tape out and stomp on it:) However..the boy was enjoying it. He especially liked letter K because they sang a song and said "here kitty kitty kitty" a lot and he thought that was funny. Here are pictures of the next Tiger Woods. I don't think Tiger ever tasted his clubs or golf balls though.






Last but not least, Karsen played in the tupperware cabinet. He made a mess and pulled most of it out of the cabinet and spread it across the kitchen, but he had fun and entertained himself.
