A few things about K

This is my first private post (assuming it works like it's supposed to) where only people I invite to view my blog can see it. I thought I'd start out with a few fun facts about Karsen:)

- today was his first day at his new daycare, he liked it and had no problem adjusting from what I heard. They said he did better than they expected for day one. I had to almost drag him out of there:)

- He thinks it's cool to take a shower. I turn the shower on and then plug the tub so he has the best of both worlds. Most of the time he ends up sitting down, but he loves the shower. He has even started putting the soap in his hair after I squirt it in his hand and he will wash his body with a washcloth and soap (although not good enough yet and mommy still gets a turn)

- He talks..alot! You would never think I had to have him in speech therapy to help him use his words. He can say up to 4 word sentences like "open it for me".

- He is polite. He uses "more please" "please" "thank you" "love you" and "bless you" when someone sneezes

- He looooves lawnmowers (mawnmowers), motorcycles, bicycles (micycles), quads..he's a gear head

- He thinks everything is a dinosaur right now. Not sure where it's coming from because he doesn't have any dinosaurs, only dino jammies. When we were at the orchard recently he called the horses "dinosaurs"

- He isn't afraid of the dark, he loves to turn the lights off and say "dark in here"

- He loves to pretend cook in the microwave that's not plugged in, he makes "ronis" (macaroni), chicken, burgers, fie-fies (french fries), etc.

- He loves to ride his quad, it's a bigger one that's still electric. Grandpa got him a real Bell riding helmet, riding jersey and pants and he thinks he's soo cool wearing that helmet. It fits his head, but it's almost the same size as a real helmet so it takes all he can for his little neck to hold it up.

- He loves to drive. He can spend over 30 min. in my car "driving". He honks the horn, turns on the flashers, adjusts the mirrors, pushes the button to open the hatch, etc.

- He prefers to eat waffles when they are still frozen..what a little weirdo!
