I'm "one of them"

I'm so laim! I love to check people's blogs and see what's going on with them. I also love it when people post pictures and update their blogs frequently. It's such a downer when I check someone's blog and it hasn't been updated in a long time. Ummm hello...I haven't blogged since January 2nd. I am one of those people that disappoints. I have so much to blog and say and post, but alas my blog has fallen on the back burner. Maybe I should have a night that I blog, maybe Sunday nights so I can recap my week? I looked back through blog posts that I did a few years ago on another blog I had and I was cracking up. It's like when you are an adult and you find your diary you wrote as a child, only mine was from just a few years ago. I cracked myself up reading what I was mad about or what was going on in my life at that point. I need to print this stuff out.

Soo.. I've been gone all weekend. 3 of my friends and I took a road trip to Tennessee to see our friends Kelley and Shane. Kelley's birthday is in 2 weeks so we went to surprise her. She was expecting me, but I brought 3 friends along. I pulled over before we entered her neighborhood and hid one friend in the back of my Aztek under a blanket. I let Dave and Megan out at the end of the street. I had Kelley "help" me get something out of the back and Carrie jumped up and yelled surprise. We went into the house and we made sure we kept Kelley in the back living room so she wouldn't see Dave and Megan walking by. They rang the doorbell and Kelley was like "who the heck is here, no one ever rings my doorbell" and it was Megan and Dave..yay..surprise again! We had a good time, we went out to eat Saturday night when Shane got home and then we all walked around the Opry Mills Mall and then went back and played hours of Rock Band. We are addicted! I don't have enough coordination to be a drummer! It's like rubbing your stomach and patting your head at the same time, but then with someone singing right next to you and someone else trying to play the guitar.

So I've been gone all weekend and got home at 7 pm tonight. I have to get up early tomorrow and start a new week at work...ugh. I only have 9 more working days until spring break! I am not overly excited for it though because I'm not going anywhere and my babysitter is on vacation..boo.

I'll post more later, I have lots more to say about what's been going on.
