The Wiikend

It's official..we are Wii owners! My mom scored us one at her local Walmart. There isn't much going on in Princeton so she didn't have to beat anyone down for one. She figured out when they got their shipments and showed up and got one. I wanted her to buy 2 so that I can sell one to some desperate sucker on Ebay when it gets close to Christmas:) That might be a new money maker for me. I'm sure I'll be one of those parents in about 10 years when Karsen asks Santa for something and then I have to find it.

So my parents came up this weekend to bring Karsen back and they brought the Wii. It was going to be our Christmas gift, but we couldn't wait so I paid for it. All four of us playing bowling and had a good time. Shaun and I wanted to duke it out again (as you will recall I laid him out all 3 rounds last time we played) in boxing, but it only came with one wiimote (I love saying that). Shaun and I have been bowling every night after Karsen goes to bed. I am getting really good at it and scored a 224.whoo whoo. I got a turkey..gobble gobble. For those of you who don't know what a turkey is (besides the tasty bird) it's when you get 3 strikes in a row. I actually got 4 in a row, but there is no other bird name for that I guess. I took some pictures of the tv as we were playing, they aren't the greatest, but I had to have proof of my score! Check out our characters, you can make ones that look like you. Shaun chose the mouth breather look, not sure why.
