He ate about 3/4 of his fries and about 1/2 of the plain cheeseburger. I learned something in watching Karsen partake in his Happy Meal....the box is the funnest thing! He wasn't interested in the Kung Fu Panda toy that came with it...he wanted the BOX. I put the box on his head as a hat and he thought that was so funny. Here are the pictures I took, I just love them.

The Happy Meal Bandit
I took Karsen to McDonalds for his first Happy Meal yesterday. I had to get him up from his nap early so that we could leave for my doctor appointment. I knew he was hungry but I didn't have time to feed him. I fed him cheese puffs in the waiting room of the doctor's office to tide him over. On the way home from the doctor's office is when we stopped at McDonalds. I knew he was hungry and he's been cranky from teething so I thought what would be better to cheer him up than a Happy Meal! This isn't something he is going to get on a regular basis so don't bust my chops for feeding him junk! Good thing he's young enough that he doesn't know where that tasty treat came from and he can't keep asking me to go again:)
